Refund policy

All sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at bagelflowers@gmail.com with photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or needs to be changed while the order is already in transit, the carrier may charge a rerouting fee. This fee is set by the carrier based on distance and service level. We will notify you of any additional costs before proceeding.


Substitution Policy

If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we may substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the arrangement.
If you request a premium upgrade that exceeds the original value, the price difference will apply.


Order Changes

Changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to availability.
Because flowers are perishable, we cannot modify or cancel orders once the design process has begun.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
Rush orders cannot be canceled, as they are prepared immediately. A processing fee may apply.


Delivery Refusals

We are unable to issue refunds for orders refused at delivery.
All arrangements are custom-made and designed using freshly cut flowers, and refusal does not change the cost or nature of the work involved.
