Absolutely! Every bouquet comes with a free handwritten note. Just leave your message in the “Order special instructions” box at checkout — we’ll take care of the rest ✍️💌

All sales concluded at Bagel Flowers are final.

 We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to m.koba.2991@gmail.com

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bagel Flowers.

Will always do our best to use the exact flowers shown in the picture on the website. However, due to the nature of perishable product, if a particular flower is not available, we reserve the right to substitute flowers WITHOUT sacrificing the look and/or value of the piece.

We’d love to create something just for you — but since we work with fresh seasonal flowers, availability and pricing can vary.
